Project PEACE Parasympathetic stimulation enhancing activities as enablers | Project Nr. 2022-2-AT01-KA210-ADU-000093775
The online digital database of parasympathetic state inducing activities, tools and didactical resources contains 129 units of (i) innovative projects, (ii) effective tools and resources, (iii) well researched policy papers, and (iv) state of the art methodologies and pedagogical approaches. This curated set of didactical resources has been peer-reviewed and is specifically intended for Adult Education Trainers, who are dealing with trainees with PTSD or who have suffered trauma. The parasympathetic activities will enhance learning and help to mitigate trauma behaviours like anger, fear or dissociation in the training rooms as well as at home or community.
