Project DIGITALLI

OBJECTIVE: DIGITALLI project aspires to fill the growing gap between the demand for and supply of a digitally competent workforce and support adults to become more resilient to rapid technological and labour market changes. It aims to build the capacity of lifelong learning and adult education institutions to implement digital transformation strategies, modernize their practices and promote the use of the most recent frameworks on digital competence from adults.
ACTIVITIES: The DIGITALLI project will develop a Toolkit for implementing digital transformation strategies, a digital Expert System, and an in-service Training Programme for educators in EN, DE, SI and EL.

OBJECTIVE: The project Parasympathetic stimulation Enhancing ACtivities as Enablers aims to enhance didactical effectiveness of Adult educators by empowering them with a Digital Database of Parasympathetic tools and resources for adult learning environments that also supports an accelerated learning and Re-Skilling of adult trainees suffering PTSD and thereby fast tracking their job-integration.
ACTIVITIES: The project PEACE will research, compile, and create a Digital Database of Parasympathetic tools and activities of immense didactical utility for Adult Learning Environments in EN, EE, DE, EL and LT.

OBJECTIVE: The project APPs BASED INNOVATIVE DIGITAL TRAINING PLATFORM FOR ENHANCING VET EMPLOYABILITY aims to facilitate digital transformation in VET by developing Universal Skills of VET students, which will contribute towards enhancing employability of VET trainees by developing key competences aligned to job market needs.

Project HOTSAPP

OBJECTIVE: Project HOTSAPP aims to develop a TRAINING PLATFORM (ATP) for developing Higher-Order Thinking Skills through a collection of APPs for training in English, German and Danish. This ATP is designed using heuristic pedagogy and game-based learning for VET students to adapt and apply these methodologies in their vocation for their skilling, upskilling or re-skilling.
ACTIVITIES: Design and development of a TRAINING PATHWAY for developing Higher Order Thinking Skills for training in English, German and Danish.

Project INNO4CHANGE

OBJECTIVE: The project INNO4CHANGE | Empowering innovation and entrepreneurship skills on social entrepreneurs aims to (1) to harness the potential of future social entrepreneurs by developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and business skills, to support them to be more business and innovation-oriented, have new ideas and grow their businesses and, at the same time, generate an effective social impact, and (2) to capacitate VET providers and professionals who work with them to integrate innovation, business & sustainability topics in their programme and curricula.
ACTIVITIES: (1) identify social entrepreneurship role models that have developed innovative ideas with effective social impact and record their interviews to serve as
inspiration for future social entrepreneurs; (2) produce a training curricula and didactic resources offering a learning path based on modular learning and educational resources to address innovation, entrepreneurship, and business skills for the social economy.
Project FAIRNESS

OBJECTIVE: The project Financial Skills foR busiNEss Startups Smes aims to develop a mechanism of assessment of the various sources of capital available to SMEs and family-run businesses from 5 different EU jurisdictions. The web-based assessment of the SME user will achieve a better understanding of their financial needs and the types of capital structure required. The SME users will receive training on how to seek different sources of finance, as identified in the previous phase, and what their respective terms and conditions are and make an informed choice.
ACTIVITIES: (1) The activities will include research, assessment and analysis with the providers of capital in order to assess the products available by jurisdiction, (2) creation of a web-based self-assessment tool to allow SMEs to understand their financial requirements based on their input, (3) design and creation of the web-based training tool that will help SMEs to better understand their businesses' financial and structural needs.
Project CIVIC GREEN

OBJECTIVE: The project CivicGreen: Fostering civic engagement for green track aims to promote active citizenship and improve the knowledge of European citizens and other public institutions on climate change and environmental issues, while improving conditions for civic and democratic participation. It aims to actively engage European citizens in the monitoring of environmental policies and projects.
ACTIVITIES: The CivicGreen project will promote activities such as online forums and public debates, lobbying platforms, where common citizens, from different backgrounds, and in different parts of Europe, will be engaged to share analyse and assess different levels of dimensions of public commitment to environmental action.

OBJECTIVE: The project MIGreenDEAL – Raising climate change awareness and
environmental commitment of Young Migrants through Transformative Learning aims to develop digital solutions to prepare young adult migrants and adult educators, and mediators to become true agents of change in environmental sustainability and fight against climate change by applying Transformative Learning to develop green skills
ACTIVITIES: The MiGreenDeal project will develop (1) a Training Curriculum on raising environmental awareness and commitment of young migrants through Transformative Learning, (2) create the MIGreenDEAL e-Learning platform for adult educators, and (3) develop the MIGreenDEAL Toolkit and Personal RoadmApp for young adult migrants
Project SECURE FUTURE

OBJECTIVE: The project CyberSecurity for VET and SMEs aims to understand the current
competencies on cybersecurity training opportunities at EU level and address the existing gap between qualifications and job demands. It aims to improve the capacity of SMEs to prevent, protect and react in the face of cyberattacks and other digital perils. It will reinforce cooperation between VET Schools and SMEs to ensure smooth transition to work.
ACTIVITIES: The project Secure Future will create a Cybersecurity framework through comparison of National Competencies, design a European Cyber Security Curriculum, create Secure Future Training Content, and a Guide for integrating them to VET and SMEs.
Project SDG NAVIGATOR

sustainability aims to empower individuals to act as changemakers towards sustainability by providing them with innovative VET training and learning tools that help them to acquire the needed skillset to act as a true agent of change for sustainability and step-by-step support their entrepreneurial journey in the sustainable development arena.
ACTIVITIES: The project SDG NAVIGATOR will create a dictionary of sustainability-driven entrepreneurship competences, an innovative learning path and a set of tools to help raising awareness and readiness to take effective action on sustainable development.

OBJECTIVE: The project FUNGIPRENEURS - Inclusion of vulnerable groups in
rural areas by environmental awareness and social entrepreneurship through mycology aims to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups in rural areas through awareness about the marketable value of mycological resources, promoting behaviour change, green skills development and responsible and sustainable social entrepreneurship.
ACTIVITIES: The project FUNGIPRENEURS will develop the competences of adult educators by producing ICT-based educational tools and methods to develop skills of vulnerable groups in social entrepreneurship based on the use of mycological resources.
Project SPEED

OBJECTIVE: Project SPEED aims to develop a Global Employability Master Skills (GEMS) microAPPs Training Platform (mATP) for developing Future Ready Skills for employability, a collection of microAPPs in English, Croatian, Danish and German. Our objective is to align labour market needs with VET education in public VET schools by using gamebased learning for VET students to develop transversal competences.
ACTIVITIES: Project SPEED will create "Global Employability Master Skills - microAPPs Training Platform" to enhance the employability of VET students by increasing key competencies in the "Global Employability Master Skills".
Project DREAM

OBJECTIVE: The project DREAM addresses climate change with an integrated solution for harmonious inclusion of adult migrants by facilitating environmental awareness and proactive attitude towards recycling. DREAM objective is to empower adult educators with edutainment based didactic tools and resources in form of digital comic strips and animated videos on recycling, circular economy and climate change – with dual benefit of life-skills and language learning.
ACTIVITIES: The project DREAM will create Graphic and Animated edutainment Materials for Environmental awareness that will privilege adult educators with 20 digital comics and 20 animated videos + e-worksheets for didactic use on Circular Economy.
Project ID TEACHERS

OBJECTIVE: Project ID TEACHERS aims to to empower VET practitioners in their transition to the digital environment, equipping them with the necessary skills, pedagogies and digital tools to create effective and engaging digital learner-centred microlearning experiences through Instructional Design. VET practitioners will be supported to manage an effective shift towards a dynamic and interactive digital education addressing the new and specific digital learners’ needs and requirements.
ACTIVITIES: Project ID TEACHERS will create EU Competences Matrix and Training Program on Learner-centred Instructional Design for micro-learning; Virtual Campus to create digital learner-centred micro-learning experiences; Educational WebApp and Guidelines for micro-learning.
Project IPAD

OBJECTIVE: The project IPAD aims to provide adult educators with a set of innovative digital resources to upskill adults on both Social Media Literacy and on Internet Safety, to boost reflective handling, participation in society and empowerment, and understand the benefits, but also the risks and dangers, for them, for their children and for the younger generations.
ACTIVITIES: The project IPAD will create Create a collection of competencies for adult educators based on EU frameworks to upskill adults on Social Media Literacy and internet safety; an Online Platform on Social Media Literacy and internet safety along with an Online Digital Database, Pedagogical Basis and a blended learning course; and guidelines to transfer and replicate results.
Project EXCEL

OBJECTIVE: EXCEL project aims to increase advanced financial literacy, raise awareness to sustainable finance when taking financial and strategic company decisions and increase the networking opportunities of women entrepreneurs, fostering their business practices, as well as promote a gender-inclusive, sustainability-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset and attitude in VET to inspire women they work with to become more entrepreneurial and ESG-oriented.
ACTIVITIES: Project EXCEL will develop a training, video podcasts, digital escape rooms, infographics, and quizzes for women entrepreneurs; and produce a set of useful resources to support the training methods of CVET professionals; design and develop an online learning platform.
